If the hot oil circulation system malfunctions and the flow controller is out of work, the oil burner would shut down to protect the boiler from dry-heating. If the hot oil circulation system malfunctions and the fuel oil pump doesn't have compression force or has a low compression force, the oil burner also would shut down after a period of time to protect the fuel oil pump from damage that caused by long time dry wear and operation. 3.The vane type rolling has replaced the parallel transmission mesh of the frying material conveyor. During the transmission process of the frying material from one side of the oil sink to the other side, the frying materials are still rolling in the oil sink to make sure an even and fine frying. Furthermore, the conveyor for frying materials is convenient to speed regulation, applying frequency control. 4.The oil sink cover is lifted by shutter door motor,so easy and convenient for cleaning of oil sink and maintenance and repair of fried material conveyor. 5.
